About Dani

Originally from Bronx, NY, Dani always dreamt about living in the Hudson Valley ever since they were little. Their family would visit the area every summer. After apprenticing in Brooklyn, they finally made the big move in 2018. After about 3 months, they decided to work privately within their own studio. There was a lot of moving around at first before finding the store front on Kerhonkson's main street. Aesthetic Tattoo was assembled shortly hereafter. After 4 years, Dani and Annabelle decided to rebrand entirely to Rosy Cheeks Tattoo Collective. Dani mostly enjoys tattooing florals, botanicals, ladies, faces, kewpies, anime/manga etc. with a focus on traditional, neo-traditional, and Japanese styles. Lately, Dani has been free-handing a lot of work as well and actually prefers to whenever they get the chance. Dani is not comfortable tattooing: micro pieces, color hyper-realism, handwriting, work started by other artists. They would be more than happy to suggest other local artists that specialize in these styles for you!
